The Perfect New Year's Resolution for Credit Card Debt Starts With I'm Not Going to Pay

Somehow "I'll never pay credit card debt again" just doesn't seem to quite fit the New Year's resolutions scheme like losing weight, cutting out cigarettes and eating healthy like most people usually come up with. So, they end up seeing themselves as failures if they don't quite make the grade after a few months into the New Year.

What's up with this doomed resolution thinking? Why not look at the bright side of resolution failure to see what you'll actually be gaining by failing. The overeating syndrome can get you a spot and accompanying worldwide fame on The Biggest Loser and super elite eaters can gain employment with the circus. They do still have those fat person sideshows don't they?

If you fail to achieve success with smoking you end up with lung cancer and die a miserable death but on the bright side you can have the final Smoke Out and get cremated with 100 pounds of tobacco thrown in the furnace. Imagine your 15 minutes of fame on the nightly news and immortality on the YouTube circuit as the man who never quit smoking goes up in smoke! It would probably be the ultimate "ashes to ashes" visualization act.

Now this credit card thing is a different animal altogether. If you don't keep the resolution you lose and end up paying at hard labor to hopefully get it done in 20 years if you never use the card again. Makes the cigarette smoke out even look good doesn't it? But if you succeed in stopping the payments, you win and could even get rich for doing it!

Yes it's all backwards but this whole banking thing runs in reverse so you've got to stop thinking like a New Year's Eve party reveler, take off the little cone shaped party hat and go back to school to see where you've got off the beaten New Year's track. Use the search term "the gig is up - money, the Federal Reserve and you" to see the real truth which is quite different from what you have been thinking. This Video Was Presented at the University Of Colorado School Of Law and it's guaranteed to awaken your new resolution capabilities!

It doesn't matter if the ball in Times Square is dropping or bottomed out because now you're different from all those party people but there are still two more stops to make while the others are tooting their horns. The search term "Frontline - the Chicago debacle" will reveal to you how Congress almost outlawed credit cards but decided to punish them by rewarding you if you stop paying the account!

In 1966 Congress created the Federal Trade Commission law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which makes it virtually impossible for collectors to get any of your money when you answer their written collection notices and it gives you an unbelievable opportunity to get rich when collectors call you over the phone! The search term "FTC debt video" will show you the government cartoon about the law.

Record those collection calls because 90% of them have violations and each one is worth a minimum of $1000. Colorful language by collectors creates a gold mine and search terms such as "man wins $1.5 million from collector" or "woman sues collector wins $8.1 million" show you just how much money is to be made.

Up-to-date and accurate knowledge about credit card debt will allow you to make the perfect New Year's resolution and never pay another penny on any card account. Even if it is not your resolution to stop paying, this information could be worth a million when a simple job loss occurs. Either way you will win!

Chinese New Year
, also known as "Spring Festival", is the most important of traditional Chinese holidays. The holiday is widely celebrated in China itself, and throughout East Asia. Additionally, increasingly Chinese New Year is increasingly marked in the West, both within the Chinese community, and by people interested in Chinese culture and traditions.

The traditional Chinese calendar is lunisolar (incorporating both elements of lunar and solar cycles to calculate dates), consequently the date of Chinese New Year varies from year to year when translated into the Western Gregorian calendar. Chinese New Year begins on the first day of the first lunar month of the Chinese calendar, and continues until the 15th of that month, which is known as the "Lantern festival". In the Gregorian calendar, that equates to a 15 day period beginning sometime between January 21st and February 20th.

There are a variety of traditions associated with Chinese New Year. These include the wearing of new clothes, displaying decorations (especially red decorations), the giving of red envelopes (containing money) by elders to children and juniors, and visits to relatives and friends ("new-year visits"). Additionally, many overseas Chinese travel home to have reunion dinners with their families on Chinese New Year's Eve.

With so many gatherings and families and friends, Chinese New Year is also an opportunity for performing group activities. Additionally, with the increasing prominence of Chinese New Year in the West, the occasion is also an excellent opportunity for teachers to introduce their students to Chinese culture through classroom activities. Whether with friends, family, or in the classroom, one such activity that is worth considering is Chinese New Year bingo.

Bingo is a fun game, that virtually everybody knows how to play. However, if somebody doesn't know how to play, there's no reason to worry - anybody can learn the game in just a few minutes. Of course, if you're playing bingo at Chinese New Year, it's more fun if you can get into the spirit of things by using bingo cards printed with items related to Chinese New Year, rather than using traditional numbered bingo cards. The easiest way to get such special bingo cards is to print them using your computer - you can download some bingo card maker software and print as many as you want. The coolest thing is that once you have the software, you can use it each year, or to print specially themed bingo cards for other events, occasions and holidays.

In many countries around the world, the celebration of the New Year includes fireworks and other festivities. Many people spend their New Year's Eve with their friends and family, gathered at a party with good food and champagne to celebrate the end of a twelvemonth and the beginning of a new era. But, the internet is free and we use it so much these days that some people are quite addicted. So, take a deep breath and search the internet for that perfect animated card that expresses your feelings and send it to your friends and family.

here are numerous different religions and cultures around the world, and many of them have own calendars and dating systems. Where one year ends and a new one starts is purely a matter of convention, and thus each different calendar or dating system, can place the New Year differently In the case of the Gregorian calendar (originally proposed by the 16th century Italian doctor, Aloysius Lilius, and widely adopted internationally following a 1582 Papal Bull by Pope Gregory XIII), the New Year of course falls on January 1st.

The New Year is today a time of celebration, especially since it falls during the period very soon after Christmas (December 25th in Western Christianity). In fact, because the dates lie so close together, many people treat the Christmas to New Year period as one long extended holiday. The transition from one year to the next that occurs at midnight between December 31st ("New Year's Eve") and January 1st ("New Year's Day"), is of course the main focus of such celebrations, but there are many traditions associated with the start of a New Year: eating haggis, bagpipes, singing "Auld Lang Syne", and of course, making New Year's resolutions (for example to lose weight, give up smoking, get fit, etc.).

For many people, New Year is also an opportunity to spend time together with family or friends. Some people like to bring in the New Year with drinking and dancing, but for those who prefer something slightly more sedate, there are still plenty of fun things that you can do - for example, play party games.

One especially cool game to play at New Year is bingo. This has the advantages that most people already know how to play (and those who don't can learn very quickly), and that it's a lot of fun! Of course if you're playing bingo at New Year, why play with traditional numbered bingo cards - why not get into the spirit of the occasion and play with cards containing New Year related words. It's very easy to print-off such custom bingo cards from your computer, simply by using affordable bingo card maker software - and of course you can use that software again and again, including to print bingo cards for other holidays and occasions.
