New Years Fun Cards in 2012

The Perfect New Year's Resolution for Credit Card Debt Starts With I'm Not Going to Pay

Somehow "I'll never pay credit card debt again" just doesn't seem to quite fit the New Year's resolutions scheme like losing weight, cutting out cigarettes and eating healthy like most people usually come up with. So, they end up seeing themselves as failures if they don't quite make the grade after a few months into the New Year.

What's up with this doomed resolution thinking? Why not look at the bright side of resolution failure to see what you'll actually be gaining by failing. The overeating syndrome can get you a spot and accompanying worldwide fame on The Biggest Loser and super elite eaters can gain employment with the circus. They do still have those fat person sideshows don't they?

If you fail to achieve success with smoking you end up with lung cancer and die a miserable death but on the bright side you can have the final Smoke Out and get cremated with 100 pounds of tobacco thrown in the furnace. Imagine your 15 minutes of fame on the nightly news and immortality on the YouTube circuit as the man who never quit smoking goes up in smoke! It would probably be the ultimate "ashes to ashes" visualization act.

Now this credit card thing is a different animal altogether. If you don't keep the resolution you lose and end up paying at hard labor to hopefully get it done in 20 years if you never use the card again. Makes the cigarette smoke out even look good doesn't it? But if you succeed in stopping the payments, you win and could even get rich for doing it!

Yes it's all backwards but this whole banking thing runs in reverse so you've got to stop thinking like a New Year's Eve party reveler, take off the little cone shaped party hat and go back to school to see where you've got off the beaten New Year's track. Use the search term "the gig is up - money, the Federal Reserve and you" to see the real truth which is quite different from what you have been thinking. This Video Was Presented at the University Of Colorado School Of Law and it's guaranteed to awaken your new resolution capabilities!

It doesn't matter if the ball in Times Square is dropping or bottomed out because now you're different from all those party people but there are still two more stops to make while the others are tooting their horns. The search term "Frontline - the Chicago debacle" will reveal to you how Congress almost outlawed credit cards but decided to punish them by rewarding you if you stop paying the account!

In 1966 Congress created the Federal Trade Commission law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which makes it virtually impossible for collectors to get any of your money when you answer their written collection notices and it gives you an unbelievable opportunity to get rich when collectors call you over the phone! The search term "FTC debt video" will show you the government cartoon about the law.

Record those collection calls because 90% of them have violations and each one is worth a minimum of $1000. Colorful language by collectors creates a gold mine and search terms such as "man wins $1.5 million from collector" or "woman sues collector wins $8.1 million" show you just how much money is to be made.

Up-to-date and accurate knowledge about credit card debt will allow you to make the perfect New Year's resolution and never pay another penny on any card account. Even if it is not your resolution to stop paying, this information could be worth a million when a simple job loss occurs. Either way you will win!
